Our story —
ABOUT KASAI
Kasai means fire — and fire is where our story begins: Kelowna's only teppanyaki dining experience, in an authentic Japanese country-inn ambiance.
The tradition —
AN ANCIENT ART, LIVE AT YOUR TABLE
Teppanyaki — hibachi-style cooking on an iron griddle — turns a meal into a shared performance. At Kasai, chefs cook every course before your eyes with knife-and-spatula showmanship, whiskey flames and genuine humour.
The room matches the cooking: warm wood, low light and painted murals in the spirit of a Japanese country inn — a world away from Highway 97 just outside the door.

The ingredients —
SOURCED WITH INTENT
Our Wagyu is raised by Brant Lake Cattle Co. in Southern Alberta — slow-grain-fed and hormone-free, with the deep marbling that makes it prized on the teppan.
Around it we build with Australian lobster, jumbo prawns, scallops, boneless chicken breast and fresh seasonal vegetables — and pour Okanagan wine beside Japanese sake.
The welcome —
MADE FOR CELEBRATIONS
Birthdays, group bookings, first dates and family dinners — the teppanyaki table was made for occasions. Dine in around the grill, or take Kasai home with takeout. Either way, you're welcome at the fire.
