The craft —
Teppanyaki is theatre you can taste. Our chefs cook every course live on the iron griddle before you — knives flashing, spatulas drumming, whiskey flames rising — turning dinner into a performance the whole table shares.
It's an ancient art delivered with warmth and humour: a show for birthdays, celebrations and any night that deserves fire. Pull up a seat at the grill and watch your meal come to life.

Sourcing —
Our Alberta Wagyu comes from Brant Lake Cattle Co. in the south of the province — slow-grain-fed, hormone-free cattle prized for deep, delicate marbling that melts on the teppan. Alongside it we serve A5 Japanese Wagyu — striploin and tenderloin.
Around it: Australian lobster, jumbo prawns, scallops, boneless chicken breast and fresh seasonal vegetables — the same standard of care, course after course.
The chef cooked our whole dinner right in front of us — flames, knife tricks, the works. The Wagyu melted, and we were still laughing on the drive home.

Chef spotlight —
Behind every Kasai grill stands a chef trained in the discipline of teppanyaki — the timing, the knife work, the showmanship — and in the quieter craft of hospitality. They read the table as closely as the grill.
Expect skill, fire and genuine humour: our chefs love an audience, and every seating is a little different. Come for the food; stay for the performance.
Reservations —
Teppanyaki tables seat around the grill, so evenings fill quickly — especially weekends and birthdays. Request a table below, or call and we'll set the stage.
